WHAT SEPARATES WALKERSTRENGTH ONE ON ONE PERSONAL TRAINING FROM THE REST?

 

1. Professionalism

Trainers in the 21st century can be separated into two different groups: those trainers who are trainers because they HAVE to be and those of us who are trainers because we WANT to be. The difference will become quickly evident: punctuality, cheerfulness, swift responses to online questions, quality program design and unparalleled and undivided attention during our training sessions: watching every element of your form and relaying constant feedback ensuring everything is done properly, all the time.

2. Proper program design and constant form and posture corrections

Having a proper plan is absolutely essential when it comes to making safe, long term progress. That's why I'll have formulated a plan for you after just one session: I'll have examined you during exercise for any postural problems, underlying injuries, flexibility restraints or muscle imbalances and put together a routine that not only aims to get you stronger, leaner and better looking but one that ensures healthy, holistic development through certain corrective exercises specific to whatever problems I have identified.

3. Holistic and consistent progression

One on one clients will get complimentary access to our smartphone application (check the online coaching tab for more information) just like any online client would. This helps me manage your training outside of our sessions, keep tabs on your nutrition and track your body stats, allowing me to make my weekly adjustments to either your training program or nutritional protocol to ensure you're making steady progress on all fronts. 

One on one clients are also required to track all there sets, reps and weights for me whether during a one on one session with me or during their solo sessions - proper data collection is imperative for me to plot a way forward and is in my opinion the single most neglected aspect of strength training today.

PAYMENT PROTOCOLS AND PRICING:

ONLINE CLIENTS: 

- Month to month billing

- No contracts. However a one month's notice period does need to be observed 

- Flat monthly rate 

- Invoices go out monthly on the 25th and clients are expected to pay up front for the month, settling said invoice on or before the 1st 

- R2000 (South African Rands) or equivalent per month

ONE ON ONE CLIENTS: 

- Month to month billing

- No contracts. However a one month's notice period does need to be observed 

- Flat monthly rate regardless of how many sessions you attend 

- Invoices go out monthly on the 25th and clients are expected to pay up front for the month, settling said invoice on or before the 1st 

- No additional gym charges from our facility

- Clients are to please stick to semi regular time slots

- Sessions can be moved provided I am given 24 hours notice  

- Sessions CAN be made up at my convenience 

- R400 (South African Rands) per training session with a minimum of two sessions per week 

- Invoices are always based on a four week month. This allows me to invoice in full over the December period while taking 2-3 weeks leave
